"I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. "Totoco ecco resort has a magnificent view of the conception volcano which was the best part of our stay. You can also watch the breathtaking sunset while enjoying drink. The staff is exceptional. A few things to keep on mind. The resort is on a steep hill and requires transportation that can go up rough terrain. When I did, at aout 7 pm, the person at the reception did not even ask to identify me, and I was led to a room with a window giving on the corridor, a small old sink giving only a tiny fillet or water, etc. Only cold water, but that seems to be general in San Juan.
