"Room was modern, clean and a little upscale. Bathroom was really good. Staff were friendly. The only downside was that the gym was pretty small and no pool. Other than that I had nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay and I'll book it again."

"At the restaurant we waited at least 5 minutes to have someone bring us to table. It took along time to have a waitress to ask what we want and even brought us cold coffee and we asked for orange juice brought water instead. Had to mention it was wrong and a menu. The food was cold and took at least 15 minutes for eggs and toast. Not impressed. Although the room was clean and comfortable. "

"Ive been here before. Always a lovely relaxing stay. However this time when we entered our room and finished unpacking, prepared my relaxing bath i noticed damages to the bathroom door as well as a white substance splattered on the bathroom wall and the seperate lounge/sitting area of our suit. None on the bedroom walls like one might expect. So i took photos and showed the staff in reception Area to make them aware it was not my husband or I's doing if reported after our departure the next day. They offered to switch rooms which was very nice of them. I declined as i had already unpacked and the rest of the amenities seem "untainted" by the previous guest. I just found it odd that the housekeeping staff did not notice this. They than offered to discount our room which was not necessary but yes, sure. The point of the pictures after checking in was to avoid any further cc charges as this was not our doing. Really wish i had a forensics kit to confirm my suspicions lol. I have yet to receive the discount to my cc. I will return again as it is a lovely hotel with great amenities and location, just maybe with a black light lol 😆 "
