"Our room was clean with a view of the lake! It was spacious enough for three people to comfortably move around. There was complimentary water, juice and beer in the fridge. The staff was friendly, the food was very good The hotel’s location to the Christmas market and train station was ideal! "

"Superb location, stunning views from room and reception, excellent service and facilities. Nicolas at the reception made our stay super special, with his great personality. We observed him making each guest feel valued and special. Nothing was too much trouble and a wealth of information was given to us to make the best of our short 2 night stay. Hotel was next to bus stop, and direct access to the lake side promenade too. Room was very clean, very comfortable beds, amazing shower and a fridge. Loved the shutter for windows and the awnings that cover the balcony in sunnier times. Improvement needed: minor maintenance issue of the power plug cube being broken off its stand on one side of the bed and night stand shades need tightening. 2 coffee pods per day for 2 people in a room is not generous at all, especially when you charge Chf 4 per extra capsule. That said, we had an outstanding stay and the only regret was we were not staying longer. "

"This was a nice sized room with a comfy king sized bed. The building itself is historic, but the rooms are updated and modern with hard surface flooring. We were on the third floor and had a nice balcony that looked over the lake. Lots of shopping and dining options near the hotel. Easy to grab transit or Taxi/Uber as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Montreaux. "
