"the accommodation was very good, we enjoyed our stay there. But the only complain I have is their billing, during check-out I was told that the invoices will be emailed and I did get invoices that show only a partial charges but my credit card shows a totally different amounts charged to the account. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times and left several messages but I got no response."
