"Right hotel in center of town but very quiet, modern rooms with air conditioning, many with balcony, breakfast buffet with large variety of food. Parking garage available. Very friendly staff! Restaurant in-house with terrace for summer evenings. Perfectly located for trips to Xanten, the river Rhine or into the Netherlands."

"We stayed one night on our return trip home after a summer holiday in Italy. The hotel is new and well furnished and fitted out. The reception staff were excellent. The hotel is out of the town centre so it was disappointing to find that the hotel restaurant only serves breakfasts. That was unclear when we booked. It was also disappointing that this new hotel did not have EV chargers in the car park. Two minuses against what is otherwise a great hotel"

Some of the buildings are covered with graffiti, initially giving a little concern about safety, but, when we walked through the area, we felt relatively safe--people were friendly. "Zimmer sind für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Kissen, Bettdecke und Mattratze sind alle gut. Im Zimmer gibt es sowohl normale Steckdosen, als auch USB Anschlüsse, man kann also auch auf einen eigenen USB Anschluss für's Handy verzichten. Frühstück morgens ist simpel, aber dafür gut. Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich. "
