Lovely hotel. Really nice staff. The spa is super. Fantastic location for hiking. Shining and sipping in the lake. Short drive to the larger town for stores and restaurants. We will be back.

The room felt very old and outdated. The pictures shown online during the booking process looked modern and well-maintained, but the actual room was quite different from what was advertised. Gorgeous hotel, super clean and spacious apartment with full size kitchen, beautiful and comfy spa, ski bus directly outside the lobby, 15 min walk to the city center.

Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, ...
