"We stayed for a single night in oneof the hits away from the main hotel. We had a very warm welcome, and we were able to store our bags away before check in.
As it was off season the hotel and the island we exceptionally quiet. It was bliss.
The room was clean, spacious and quiet.
Our evening meal was good (although limited vegetarian/vagan options), and breakfast was exceptional.
We would visit again. Thank you!"
"Great location with fantastic sea views. The staff went to a lot of trouble to move us to a sea view room, and the breakfast and dinner were both really tasty, although dinner was a set menu so it would perhaps be good to offer a couple of choices. The pool is lovely, and there is a safe outdoor swimming area. "

"I feel quite fortunate to have booked our stay at Hotel Rival. The room was comfortable and very clean. The view of the park across the street was very nice. A short and pleasant walk to Old Town. The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. A Relaxing environment. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee bar on the 4th floor. "The property was very close to grocery and pharmacy options. Instructions for the rooms were very clear and the checkin and checkout process was smooth. Local tram access is a very short walk away and the view of the hillside was interesting. I would ask for the ability to better control the temperature or open the windows as the room was pretty stuffy when we arrived."
