"The hotel staff were completely unhelpful to the point we felt unwelcome. Aire corporate should be quite concerned that their brand is being damaged by the staff at this location. Currently it’s a 1 star staff masquerading at a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Driving and parking in this part of town is an absolute nightmare and once you get to the property, the staff acts as if you’re intruding on them."
