Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels.
Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also.

Did not use spa. Staff gave few bath towels and toilet paper. Had to argue with staff for these items. Eventually we bought our own supplies.
