"Résidence à fuir car le personnel sur place est très déplorable et pas professionnel La personne sur place s’est permise de nous décaler la reservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte qu’il avait un problème dans l’appartement. "Ants infested the room and in food. Hotel tried to blame us for ants and would not change room. Sprayed poison all around room that made all cloths smell. Very poor service. Could not get water or other items delivered. Dog in next villa barked day and night even though dogs not allowed. Hotel did not stop dog. Ruined my honeymoon. Overpriced for service and amenities.
