"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Found the hotel easily it’s not far off the motorway, there is a sign on the main road informing you the hotel is on the side road.
Plenty of parking to check in, the lady on reception didn’t speak English but this wasn’t a problem (I don’t speak German)
The hotel is ok and cleanliness is ok, there is a few shops over the road but no restaurants, the only restaurant that was said to be close wasn’t open (we stayed a Saturday night so would have thought it would be open) it’s a expensive hotel for the area it’s in and what’s local.

"Great location and reasonably priced. Lodges are a good size but there is a real issue with cleanliness. The whole lodge required a self clean before it was ready to move into. I do not believe that the cleaners at this park actually do their job. The Aqua Mundo is very good and there is plenty of activities to book. Staff were friendly. I would advise against booking this in the heat of the summer as the Market dome is not air conditioned and acts like a greenhouse. We have done 6 Center Parcs throughout Europe and this scores averagely in comparison. "
