"The parking was easy an it felt safe. We could see the car through the window. We tried calling the front desk to ask why our T.V. wasn't working but when we tried talking, the clerk couldn't hear us but we could hear her. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to get answers. Although she told us what to do about the T.V., she only apologized about the phone. It could have been bad if something went wrong and needed help.
Otherwise everything was great."
