"The property is very nice, but it was our honeymoon and when we arrived, our room smelled like a sewer. I am a bald man and my wife is blonde, but somehow we had long black hair in our bed each evening. The hotel only made excuses for each problem and made no effort to rectify their problems. A 5 or 4 star resort this is not. Again, it is a beautiful property but the standard of service was unacceptable and wold definitely not return."
