"The some of the previous reviews concerned me BUT how surprised was I!! I loved staying here. Yes, elements are dated but that was part of the charm for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathtub was a garden tub. The cafe on the 1st floor had incredible coffee and muffins AND there's a complimentary coffee station in the lobby if you prefer. The location is AMAZING! "Loved the convenience of this hotel for my work trip...literally right across the street! The hotel was quiet and loved the bathtub after being on my feet all day! "They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. "Room wasn't housekept while I was gone for the day in the afternoon after my first night. Thankfully I was conservative with my use of what was supplied in the room during my first night. TV remote would stop working if I used it from the bed, but sometimes would start working again. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience. Quiet and I slept well. Shower works very well and easy to use."
