The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices. The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask...

Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber, keine Zahnputzbecher, ein Samelsorium alter bunter Handtücher. Die Unterkunft ist für einen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen, wenn dann nur für eine Nacht. Es haben europäische Handwerker dort übernachtet. "
