"Property was atleast 2-3 kilometres inside from the main road. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room however had some challenges like - the bathroom as soon as I opened had stench even though it was clean, the mica of the furniture was coming off (dressing table and near bed), the mirror of the dressing table was old and needed repolishing done, Dustbin in the cabin was steel type (had rust in bottom). "I had booked this hotel for my mom who was traveling to Cooch Behar via Expedia. On 13th Dec when she landed at the hotel, hotel staff was rude and said she was booked for 12th and now she needs to pay for 13th. It was atrocious as my 80 year old mom had the email in paper confirming the stay for 13th Dec. They didn’t check with Expedia. I had to call up Expedia and then Expedia talked with Hotel management to get the issue resolved. "
