"I was allowed to check in before 3pm and was greeted by a very friendly and informative member of staff (Sorry I didn't get her name) The room was very clean and the bed linen was of a good quality. Shower was powerful and hot. Accom is very near to the town centre and about an easy 10 minute walk to beach. Complimentary bottle of water and couple of coffee pods for machine.Overall a nice place to stay."

"We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "We stayed at The Level on the fifth floor and the room was spectacular. The views, the service the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast with the live show was a real treat..! All the staff are friendly helpful and very courteous. Everything is so close by like the port, restaurants, cafes and the beach is at the doorstep. I will be coming back and recommending to all friends and family. "
