The staff were amazing they did anything for you if you just asked the beds have no screens and everyone can see in the showers are very small too

NEVER VISIT AGAIN hostel of nightmares

Service was bad showers was filthy and had mold on the walls. People kept stealing schampos and food from common fridge. Kitchen smelled like dead animal. It was horrible. Please stay away from this place

Well appointef, clean, comfortable. Not too social

Clean, easy check in, quiet sleep, working wifi, bathrooms and showers in good shape, lockers, shelf/storage and outlet at bed. Heat and aircon. The bed light is blinding and the common area is closed along with cafe/reception at night but it's a good location and a safe, comfortable stay. Plus an elevator so no taking the stairs!

Cheap yes but not worth the visit.

Noisy Bathroom black mould on seals and along floor edges and glass door not fitted well water getting out onto the floor. Ventilation poor. Shower head kept falling off. Rooms very cold. Flooring lifting. The place needs renovating. This should not be on Hotels.com. Giving yourselves a bad name.

El trato del personal ha sido nefasto, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia ya que la habitación no había sido limpiada de los huéspedes anteriores ( jabones usados en la ducha, pelos, el cubrecolchon sucio, etc), en cuanto a las instalaciones el monomando de la ducha se te cae en la cabeza y finalmente los servicios más básicos como la limpieza de la habitación no se realiza y los productos de higiene tienen un precio a parte ( toallas, jabones, secador, aire acondicionado). En conclusión un precio muy elevado (41€/ noche + servicios mínimos) para las condiciones prestadas por el establecimiento.

The friendly staff are more than accommodating the lady there in reception was so helpful and kind to me I would go back to see her as she was totally awesome and the clean bright and modern environment was a lot more value for money than expected.

Had to walk the streets all night.

When i arrived utvwas closed although it stated reception would be open until 11pm. I had previosly advused the hostel and hotels .com that I may arrive late due to a late flight arrival. I was told this was okay as arrangements had been made. Emergency contact details were useless as only a voicemail servuce that no one replied to. Even after contacting hotels.com I was given no assistance and was leftbto spend rhe night on the streets until bus services resumed the next morning. To add insult to injury I was also told that I would be charged for the room I did not get to occupy. Overall a horendous experience that I never want to repeat.

j'ai passé 2 nuit a cet auberge, j'ai pris une chambre a 4 lits , le personnel était sympa, il y a une petite cuisine ce qui bon pour faire des collation, aussi il y a des armoires ce qui est bon, sinon la situation géographique est bonne, pas loi de la gare centrale.
