"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Throughout the entire night, I had to call the staff five times because the door of an empty nearby room was constantly opening and slamming shut due to the wind. The problem was never properly resolved, making it impossible to sleep. The complete lack of action and responsibility was unacceptable. To make matters worse, although breakfast was clearly included in our booking, there was no breakfast prepared at all in the morning. We were forced to leave the property without any explanation, apology, or attempt to fix the situation. This stay showed a serious lack of professionalism, basic hospitality, and respect for guests. I strongly advise others to avoid this property."

"The stuff Pınar was perfect 👌 very kind very helpful and very positive. The bed , sheets excellent. Bathroom was very clean and fresh. The rooms were very small. The photograph of the rooms seemed much bigger so I was shocked when I saw the room. Also there was not gardrop and enough shelves "

"We had a very nice stay here. The hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent location, just walking distance from the town, restaurants and shops. There is free onsite parking which is important as you can't park on the road side. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was comfortable enough."

"I liked the location, its by the sea with nice views; walking distance to the new shopping center by the sea and the center. Staff were nice, didnt speak english so not much communication. I hated aome terrible smell that came in one day frim the outside, bot sure what it waa but it was jmpssible to stay in the room The door handle in the bathroom was broken, so i couldnt close the door. The shower needs to be replaced. "

"Gentleman at check in very professional and polite, staff all round very helpful and considerate. Breakfast - waiter service, good selection and filling. Decent sized outdoor pool, great location and parking available. Room could've been just slightly bigger but it is in proportion of the building as a whole.Hotel environs very clean so all in all good stay albeit for just one night."

"Otelin genel atmosferi güzel, kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar tatlı, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Temizlikten de memnun kaldık, odalar düzenli ve hijyenikti. Sabah erken geldiğimizde kahvaltı dahil olmadığı söylendi (ki teknik olarak doğru), ancak kişi başı fiyat yüksekti.(kişi başı 600 TL) Ücreti dahilinde kahvaltı yapacak olsak bile kahvaltı sırasında masaların doluluğu gerekçe gösterilerek erken yememiz rica edildi. Bu nazikçe ifade edilse de, biraz acele ettirilmiş gibi hissettik. Otelin genel hizmet yaklaşımı biraz fazla “kural odaklı” göründü. Otelin kendi beach’i olması avantaj gibi görünse de, erişimi kolay değil. Yürünebilir bir yol bulunmuyor, toplu taşıma sınırlı ve taksiler kısa mesafe olmasına rağmen sabit 200 TL alıyor. 4 gece konakladık ve her gün sabah-akşam taksi kullandık; bu da ciddi bir ek maliyet oluşturdu. Otelin beach’e kısa mesafede düzenli bir servis sunmasını beklerdim. Genel olarak konforlu bir oteldi, ancak küçük detaylar misafir deneyimini etkiliyor. Daha ulaşılabilir hizmet ve misafirperverlik odaklı yaklaşımla çok daha keyifli olabilirdi."
