"Very clean everywhere"

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Easy self-service check-in, ckean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Easy parking, ev charger outside and a bakery downstairs where we had breakfast. "

"Lovely spot, only a minute walk from the station. Beatiful view of the snowy town, above a bakery and only 5mins from the shops. Room was lovely and roomey for two friends on a serendipitous 1 night adventure. Great heating and fancy tap which gives you hot water, mineral water, sparkling water and mild sparkling water! Also the check in was really cool and simple. Will definitely stay here again"

"Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! Definitely worth the trip and money… can’t wait to come back!"

"The hotel is located near many small shops and restaurants. Quiet location with easy parking. Be aware that there are many stairs and no elevator...We ate dinner at the restaurant there and were very happy with our meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
