"Was disappointed that the room was not cleaned. I understand about not changing the sheets but would have been nice to have had the bed made. The bathroom was also not cleaned and did not receive new towels even though as a normal standard for other hotels you leave dirty ones on the floor and they will replace those with new ones and that was not done."
