"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

"Check-in scandaleux avec une question déplacée alors que je présente les passeports de mon épouse et moi même, harcèlement de la réception le soir pour une facture alors qu’elle avait une garantie qui couvrait le double du montant, check out désobligeant.. Mauvaise expérience du au service de la réception , la saleté de la mer et la piscine peu ragoûtante. Je passerai mon chemin la prochaine fois. Je regrette le Sheraton des premières années et invite le management à exiger du staff de reprendre ou finir leurs études à l’école Hôtelière. "
