Highly recommended

Very nice humble hotel, closely located to the sea, restaurants, lunapark and more. No need to pay a fortune at other places. Very kind staff too. Parking is a problem though, in the whole area.

Spacious for 4 of us. Convenient for the airport. We stayed there only for 1 night on our way back from the South of Sardinia. We had everything what we needed there. The hotel is a short walk from the centre where we waljed for dinner.

I was staying for one night at the hotel in a standard double room. The hotel is a larger one and may not be the most appealing hotel from the outside. But the foyer is tidy and clean. The hotel has a bar and a elevator. The room and the bathroom was quite large and the room had a balconey. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the harbour and the city center. I have nothing to complain and can recommend the hotel.

Not a 4 star by any stretch of imagination

This was a straightforward case of false advertising. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more like a 2 star. My experience was horrible. No hot water , stains on the walls , broken faucets etc. when I complained they said my expectations are higher just because I’m an American! When I went to check out it they charged me city tax for 4 nights when I only stayed one night. Total disaster. Take a pass.

I go on holiday 5 times per year. This by far worst experience I ever had. The owner is only objective is money and giving a good experience to his customers. - Old & outdated shower, tap and showhead. Very rusty - Insects in the bed and all over the floor. The owner didn’t want to give us a new room although there were a lot of rooms available. He didn’t want to clean the room again for other people. His solution was to spray poison all over the bed and floor while we are stayin in this room. - You have to use your towels for 3 days. If you want fresh towels before these 3 days. You would need to pay EXTRA 2 euro per towel. As a reason is given that is better for the environment - The doors are very bad. Doesn’t stop any noise. You hear all the people that are in the hallway as if they are in your room. After we didn’t get a new room because of the insects in our bed. We decided to leave the room 3 night early. We ended up loosing 400 euro because the owner didn’t want to cancel our reservation. But we felt this was the right decision. Expedia also tried to contact the owner to cancel our reservation but the owner was only after the money. We received a voucher of 87 euro from Expedia to compensate for this.

A l arrivée dans notre chambre il y avait encore le préservatif du client précédent; un seul ascenseur dans l immeuble; petit déjeuner manquait des fruits et de variété ( toujours les meme choses pour séjour de 4 jours), ni de porteur ni de chariot pour assister le déplacement des grandes valises, une seule réceptionniste TRÈS aimable, gentille et à l écoute !

Posizione molto strategica sia al centro di Alghero sul palmo di una mano. Le spiagge sono ben servite del servizio bus personale, cortese e gentile.

Un incubo, assolutamente da evitare!

Ho soggiornato in questo "hotel" la notte di Capodanno e la mia esperienza è stata terribile. Non c'era acqua calda, e quando ho chiesto spiegazioni al proprietario, la sua risposta è stata ridicola: "Se c'è acqua calda nelle altre stanze, dovrebbe esserci anche qui." La realtà era che l'acqua era gelata, e considerando che si trattava della notte di Capodanno, ho preferito non insistere ulteriormente pensando che almeno la mattinail problema sarebbe stato risolto. Inaccettabile! Inoltre, il phon nella camera non funzionava, e la coperta che ci è stata fornita era spessa solo 1 cm, assolutamente insufficiente per affrontare il freddo. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: polvere ovunque e un'igiene generale che definire approssimativa sarebbe un complimento. Non sono stato l'unico a lamentarsi: anche altri ospiti nella struttura hanno segnalato altri problemi. Per finire, il prezzo era esorbitante per un posto del genere. Non solo non abbiamo avuto i servizi di base, ma anche la qualità della struttura era ben lontana da quello che ci si aspetterebbe per una cifra del genere. Questo "hotel" è l'hotel peggiore in cui sia mai stato . Non ci tornerò mai più e consiglio a tutti di evitarlo. Le uniche cose positive? La posizione comoda, ma nulla può giustificare una simile esperienza.

Struttura operante nella stagione estiva e, a detta dell'addetto alla reception (disponibile e cordiale) , aperta giusto per Capodanno per offrire il servizio ricettivo ai turisti. Abbiamo prenotato l'ultima camera matrimoniale/doppia disponibile e, telefonicamente, vengo subito informato sarebbe stata una doppia causa disponibilità. "Nessun problema, uniamo i letti" ho risposto. La stanza assegnataci non è stata di certo tra le migliori: piccola, odore di scarichi come siamo entrati, letti singoli frontali (quindi non unibili), copriletto macchiati, capelli nelle lenzuola, box doccia da sistemare. Di certo non è stato un trattamento da hotel classificabile come 4 stelle (vista anche l'assenza del servizio colazione), ma il tutto risulta comunque comprensibile vista l'apertura straordinaria. Non ho ritenuto tuttavia comprensibile, la mattina, non poter fare una doccia tiepida, manco calda, perché (testuali parole) "la stanno facendo tutti contemporaneamente": ho richiesto il checkout posticipato (subito concesso), abbiamo atteso ma niente doccia. Scendo nuovamente, nessuno alla reception, lasciamo la tessera e partiamo. Forse era meglio non aprire per l'occasione (o aprire con prezzi in linea col servizio offerto).

Esperienza terribile; struttura da poco ristrutturata ma in camera e in bagno mancavano cose fondamentali come dei ganci per appoggiare gli asciugamani, eravamo in 3 persone, delle zanzariere, o delle tende per non essere visti dalle camere di fronte. L’acqua calda non funzionava, ho dovuto reclamare per averla. Il telefono in camera non funzionava. Personale alla reception che non parlava bene italiano e non ci ha assistito in situazioni di bisogno. Colazione discutibile a 9€ con: caffè non del bar ma con le cialde, non c’era caffè dec,non c’era nessun tipo di latte vegetale; da mangiare due tipi di cornetti surgelati e una ciambella dura e vecchia; pane un affettato e un formaggio, allucinante per 9€ a persona. Per terminare l’ultima sera con una blatta nell’’ascensore sopra le nostre teste. Sconsigliato

Buena estancia en general en este hotel. Estaba muy limpio y a unos pocos metros de la playa.La habitación con balcón grande.pero no tiene mobiliario para poder sentarte. La cama grande y muy cómoda. Lo único que nos ha sorprendido es la poca amabilidad de la chica de recepción que estaba de día. Sin embargo el joven de noche era muy atento y servicial. Hemos tenido buena estancia en este alojamiento.
