The way to get there seems very complicated to taxi drivers/uber. The GPS system doesn’t seem to work well in that area; plus, there is some road construction going on there.

The ultimate comfort and pleasure.

Great experience in that quiet, clean and tidy hotel. The view is wonderful and the staff are very active and committed. When I have the opportunity to visit Alexandria again, this hotel will be my first choice, God Almighty willing.

Unglaublich schlecht Es ist kein Hotel, glaub mir es ist ein Militärlager An jeder Ecke vom Hotel gibt ein Soldat, bei jedem betritt oder Verlass das Hotel wird man und sein Kofer kontrolliert diese Soldaten sind wie überall in Ägypten auch am Flughafen unfreundlich, umverschämt, sehr laut. Ich wollte paar Fotos machen, aber ich hatte Angst von den Soldaten Es ist nicht empfehlenswert und kann gefährlich sein.

Tolip hotels in Alexandria are bad!

Expedia booking for this hotel has the phone number of Tolip Alexandria instead of Tolip Sports City. When we called the number, we were told that the reservation could not be found, but the reservations from expedia are sent later sometimes! So, we arrived at Tolip Alexandria instead of Tolip Sports City. We were told that the booking was for another hotel which was 1.5 hours away! We had a 20 hour train journey with 2 kids prior to arrival, so we were not willing to take another taxi to another hotel which was 1.5 hours away! We asked if they could move the reservation to this hotel, but they refused saying that it was a different management. They were not even willing to give expedia rate for a new booking, they demanded rack rate!. So, we had to find another hotel nearby. Egypt has an economic crisis with tourist downturn, so they try to rip off the tourists that do go there.
