It's very nice hotel 5 stars service as a golf hotel with two nice restaurants and cafes also with three swimming pools an access to the the beach by golf car no view of the sea .

Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi

I like the staff, they are all Great. The resort is quiet compare to Alalameen hotel which is great. You have access to Alalameen beach just 3 minutes by golf car. The Golf Club is very nice too.

This property is beautiful. I regularly stay at Emaar properties around the world, and this one was just as impressive. However, the room service food was very disappointing. We ordered room service twice, and both times the food was undercooked. Despite this, the front desk refused to waive the charges, and the hotel manager didn’t offer any resolution. Instead, he claimed the plates were empty when returned, which was simply not true. This was such an unnecessary issue that could have been handled much more professionally—especially by a brand of this caliber. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was wonderful—especially thanks to Thorya and Adham, who were amazing.
