"Our stay at Hotel AKA Alexandria was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, elegant, and incredibly clean. Every detail felt intentional and luxurious while still feeling warm and welcoming. The staff provided exceptional customer service and made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and kind. The atmosphere was peaceful, upscale, and relaxing exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded expectations. The location was also perfect with easy access to great restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Hotel AKA Alexandria. We will definitely be returning!"

2/10 Terrible

"Where do I begin this was a terrible experience. We checked in on Monday May 25th and stayed a total of 2-3 hours. The only reason why we stayed that long is because we had to find another room elsewhere. Upon arrival we checked in and headed up to our room. The hallway in our floor did not have a trash can by the elevator so there was trash sitting in a bag on the floor in front of the elevator door, that was our first indication that it would be bad. We proceeded to our room. Immediately we noticed the walls were filthy like someone spit or threw up on them and it was never cleaned. Then there was a Cobb web above one of the beds. The bathroom toilet had what looked like a feces stain on the front of the toilet and the bathtub had brown spots in it. After we found another hotel to go to we came back got our stuff and immediately checked out. We shared with the front desk why we were leaving. The young lady was sweet and pleasant, but while she was checking us out there was a customer with a large pit bull walking from his room to the outside. That sent it over the top for me! The young lady told us that we would get a call from management the next morning, that was a few days ago and I have yet to hear anything! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!"

Hilton Alexandria Mark Center

2/10 Terrible

"The room had dirty sheets, the restroom had a leaky sink and toilet, the floor was not vacuumed properly and missing amenities. The room also smelled stale and moldy. Once I stepped outside of my room, there are 30 chairs stacked along the walls. This did not seem like the Hilton but Motel 6. This Hilton charges $35 a night for parking on top of the $200 a night that you must pay, you must wait a few minutes in order for staff to allow you to leave since the gate control was not working."

"2 things I want to highlight. Anyone checking guests in needs to inform them on how to operate the elevator also PARKING IS NOT FREE. $40 A NIGHT. Otherwise you will have to park in a parking garage about block and half away for $8 a day."

"Initially, when searching for a place to stay, for my MGM Casino experience, the website pictures were nothing like the room that I received. Upon arrival, the room smelled closed in, a little muggy and musky. After keeping the door open for a few, it became a bit better and was doable. While there, I noticed how rundown, cracked up the walls were, with taped doors. There was a non-clean, moldy cooling unit, in need of deep cleaning and renovations. The worst part of my stay were the roaches that were crawling around in the area where I ate, that I ended up killing, which made my stay really creepy, being on the lookout for these critters. It was not comfortable at that point and I couldn’t wait until I discharged. Never again at the red roof in Plus or whatever it’s called."
