"The hotel and property were gorgeous in a nice and safe part of town. Easy access to several locations of interest. The staff was amazing. They offer a full on breakfast in the morning. It's definitely someplace I would come back to."

" Try good location and services except the shuttle bus broke down when I landed then I found out I had to use other means to get to and from the hotel. In the future they should try to accommodate guests if the plans were in place. One option rent a van to maybe only the first day keep the promise of transportation. Leaving on would be fine with the Uber or Lyft option."

"Gmthw hotel is ar a great location. Ive stayed here many times, however this time there some misses. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. Funny i was given a room rught next to the elevator, the room was smelly and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had ti find an employee ti ask them to spray the room and get some soap. The guy was very nice, he said give me a minute, ill be right there. Meanwhile i called the front desk abd informed the clerk that my room was right bext to the elevator and thats not what I had requested. She said it is, not even im sorry let me see what i can do. I had an event to attend so i said, you know what i don't hVe time to switch rooms, i have to be somewhere. She said ok, i never got an apology for the mistake. Im not use to having bad service at this hotel. I was a little disappointed. "
