6/10 Okay

"The price point doesn’t match the experience. They are located right next to the freeway next to a large retirement community. Most of the rooms look in on each other and feel packed in. There is not elevator and not bell hop. The “serenity pool” is surrounded by the fitness room and the cement block walls with rooms all around. The gathering space in the center is nice and the family pool at least has a hillside with an olive grove as long as you aren’t looking at the side where you see the freeway. The rooms are small but well appointed. Everything is new and the aesthetic is nice."

"Hotel E was wonderful. We went to Santa Rosa for the weekend, check in was a breeze, the staff gave us recommendations for food and advised us to go to dinner early since it was a Sunday and everything closes early. They were super helpful and very friendly. The Hotel is very new and super has a very nice and clean interior. I will definitely stay here on my next visit."

"This is a gorgeous hotel right in the heart of Santa Rosa. Walkable to the cute downtown corridor with restaurants and their summer market nearby. Despite its proximity to the freeway, the property is very quiet. They offer nice welcoming amenities like sunset s'mores around a HUGE fire pit, yoga on the lawn, and wine tastings. I've stayed at a nearby hotel many times before, but I plan to return because I really enjoyed this place so much more."

"I did not end up finishing my stay overnight because the beautiful glass door that open to the outside full of trees and bushes on the outs did not lock it was coetelybroken and no way possible to even rig it ina locked form , staff offered to have me move to the 2nd floor , however, being a disabled mid aged lady difficult walking distances anymore that offer was not even feesable considering... It took all my effort parking then walking quite a long distance to check in and then ( holy crap) I honestly barely made it to the room, if I had a w/c or more disability accessible rooms were available it may have been a much better so called stay and of the door did not leave me open 2 all......much disappointing.I did not even receive my money back...😓"
