"We stayed for 8 nights. The manager and crew are VERY personable and helpful, but respectful of our privacy. We came to relax and chill. We were never pestered or intruded upon... "We reserved a 2 bedroom apartment; it was exactly as seen in the pictures, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them an ensuite), a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. Completely renovated and clean. If the breakfast is included in your reservation, they give you 2 choices/types of restaurants which are block away (pretty close). Good choice if you go to Guatape with family. "

"It is a beautiful place to stay, just at night was a big storm and we was on floor 5, so water start to going out from the ceiling lamp, was trying to contact somebody at reception and was nobody to report, so we did not sleet that night at all because was like a fountain in our room and my cloth was all wet. Natali in reception was a very nice person, we report to her next day. /but they should have somebody at night for this kind of problems. "
