"Great hospitality and people. The bartenders in the front lounge was not the friendliest, but otherwise everyone is exceptional Only negative I can think of is the elevators. One was out of order and the other one worked. It's very very small and has a small weight limit that my wife and I and our luggage were over the weight. Created a real issue when trying to check out when periods were busy. They said they were new elevators but they're waiting on the city to approve the ability to build bigger earlier. "

"The only issue was at check- in. I was assigned to room 309, but my key card wouldn’t work. The housekeeper took my card to get it reprogrammed at reception. While I was waiting, another young man came to #309 which he was assigned - and his key card worked. I went back to reception and I was reassigned to the correct room. The personnel housekeeping and reception) were very helpful and apologetic. I was grateful the error was resolved without incident. "

"Beautiful building in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist Natalie who was very understanding over my predicament of maybe needing a room if my Dad was released from hospital late that same day. Good breakfast. Fan in room which I used as it was warm. "

"Stayed here for one night before embarking on a cruise ship. Cathy the receptionist was extremely helpful when my husband discovered he had forgotten to print some documents he needed for parking at cruise terminal. We were upgraded as it was our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and as a real treat was greeted with a lovely dessert treat saying Happy Anniversary and drinks voucher. Whole experience was 10/10 and a big thank you to Cathy and staff again. You made us a very happy couple . "
