"The cleaner smell in the room was terrible and too strong had a window open and it lingered the whole stay. The room was clean . Breakfast was under whelming and not really any good options for gluten free . "

"Was booked for me as a replacement by vrbo-care as a replacement. Would not let me check in without a credit card, even though i was told everything would be covered and would not need to. Refused a Visa Debit, which is accepted at other Super 8s, and other Wyndham properties. Love having plans ruined by forcing me to spend hours on the phone, being lied to by customer service, and then never getting a refund or transfer to another location, or explaination as to why i was even charged for anything."

"Check was a breeze until we got to the room and I wanted to warm up some food for the kids after a long day with a long drive, but stove was not working. I called and they sent someone who spent quite some time trying to fix the stove only to tell me that they could not fix it. I called the reception again and they were saying he was going to fix it but I told them the guy said he could not. Only at that point did they suggest changing my room. I asked them what do I do next, they said to wait. I waited, meanwhile the kids were starving. I waited and then went downstairs and the guy was on the phone dealing with other issues. I would have thought that making sure I get room and settled would have been priority. It was almost 1.5 hours later that we finally got settled in a room. Apart from this, I did not have any other issues The room was clean and everything was fine. This is not the first time I stayed in this hotel. The last time, fridge did not work and they had to swap it. I would still stay again for location. Their breakfast is also a bonus."
