Only things I didn’t like was the location of the bar where the entertainer was, was very small, back of the hotel and not very inviting. Our room was spotless but one issue is we didn’t have a balcony but was a big miss. Would have been disappointed if we were staying longer"

The buffet food was okay, but not worth the cost. A few staff members were pleasant and helpful, but for nearly $200 a night it was well over priced. Location was okay for Playa San Juan and some decent restaurants/bars."
