"I think every standard room should have glass wear and tea/coffee , water But I know it’s not only Ibis that cuts down on every need of the guests so they can then charge for those basic services . Check out times keep getting earlier but checkin times keep getting later . This is a general view of mine for almost every Franchised hotel however £30 fee for a night and the cleanness , efficiency, safety of the guests is more than reasonable. I slept very well too."

"The hotel was ok as it was a very hot weekend i found the rooms very uncomfortable as for air-conditioning you had a fan in the bedroom to keep you cool only problem was you had to leave it on all night. Would i stay there again yes as long as the weather is not too hot "

"Functional and convenient. The Southern Irish lady on reception when I checked in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She made the stay a pleasant one as for me staff are what make a hotel and she nailed it. "

"Very welcoming at reception and at the bar No issues at all with the room, everything I needed for my weekend stay was there I can’t speak for the other amenities as I didn’t have time to use them, but I would recommend from what I experienced "

"Great welcome by the staff member at reception after 11pm. I had run out of phone battery & missed a train from London and was concerned no one would be available to check me in but instead the helpful young man even sorted out a glass of wine & some crisps for me & brought them to me even though the bar was closed. So kind, showed me to my room aswell as I was concerned it might be out of the way and in the basement & was going to upgrade if so. I needn’t have worried, clean and spacious and nicely decorated room, modern bathroom with strong shower & lovely molton brown products. Water in fridge. Air con actually worked and didn’t keep me awake. Only improvement could be nespresso or filter coffee rather than instant sachet."
