"The staff is really on top of their service game. They Carried our luggage, showed us how to operate the A/C in the room. They noticed our car window was open and asked us if we meant to leave it that way (we hadn’t). Fantastic old school service. Wonderful pool During the heat wave and the grounds and building are unique. We loved it."

"Excellent hotel choice when visiting Evora. Well located just a short walk into the town centre and has great amenities with rooftop pool and bar being particularly useful in the heat! Snack food at the bar was excellent, and a fantastic breakfast choice which a lot of other hotels could learn from. Excellent all round 👌"

"Lovely large room with very spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Beautiful hotel with lots of different seating areas. Great location in Evora. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Parking was a little more challenging but that would apply to pretty much every hotel in the centre. The reception staff were very helpful about parking locations. Thoroughly recommend"

"Great hotel, v clean and nice minimalist style. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Great location. Would stay again. Despite having parking, I would say driving to the hotel can pose a problem due to tight roads, particular if there are road closures; but it’s possible to park for free outside the wall and Uber in for easier access."
