"L’emplacement est plutôt bien cependant il y a un grand problème dans l’énoncé de l’annonce de chambre d’hôtel il n’est pas indiqué que la salle de bain ou bien même que les toilettes sont commune! La chambre n’était pas fermée à clés en arrivant sur place il faisais chaud et une odeur de vieux à l’intérieur. La chambre fais quand même très prisons, lorsqu’on ouvre les fenêtre un grand vis à vis est présent. Chambre pas du tout lumineuse on a pas envie d’y rester, pas de télé , pas de Clim...

"Hotel was lovely and in a good location. Breakfast was good. Staff were nice and outdoor pool was good. Really comfortable beds and pillows and beach was beautiful. Hotel its self is spotless and clean throughout. The rituals toiletries were lovely and also things like a comb, shower cap and vanity kits provided. The negatives for me were even though there were lots of sun beds at the pool and at the side on the grass you couldn’t get one unless you were down first thing in the morning as everyone had towels lying on them all day so couldn’t get a bed. No one made any attempt to stop this. No one told us you couldn’t order from the mini bar or that room service was available and only found this information the day we left when I check drawers for belongings before we left the room - this was disappointing as we would have ordered had we known. No one greets you at breakfast and we were only asked one day if we wanted tea or coffee and didn’t know this was available."

"We felt like the reception staff were really polite and welcoming to the hotel. Gave us a pool facing room so it wasn’t as loud which was a good touch. The hotel room was actually really nice, bed was comfy, loads of plugs in convenient locations! Bathroom was very modern. Our only issue was the aircon was absolutely horrendous, that needs updating ASAP. We did then ask for a fan and got a few hours later which allowed us to actually fall asleep because the room was boiling. I think something is up with the door to open your balcony but didn’t bother us too much was just worried we’d end up breaking it cause you have to yank it, could do with being fixed! The pool area was really nice, was regularly cleaned for rubbish and had a nice vibe to it. The food and drinks were quite expensive at the pool bar but then again it is a hotel right on the strip so what can you expect. If the air con was better and prices were slightly cheaper I’d probably give it a 5 out of 5 star stay! Would definitely stay again. Definitely better than expected! Thank you for accommodating a lovely stay for our first time in Portugal!"

"After a very unsure booking process and rude interactions from office staff who seemd unprofessional. Finally after a few emails my booking was confirmed. It left me so distressed prior to my arrival. Complex is amazing. Beautiful snack bars and restaurants on site. Staff at restaurants were friendly and so helpful. Old town quite far to walk in the heat but a short uber. Pools excellent and kept very well. Pool zumba on a few times on days. Great fun. We really enjoyed our stay but would prefer if it was closer to old town. The complex itself is huge and a big walking distance. Plenty to do and a very nice place with beautiful gardens. Rooms aren't great soundproofing though so we were kept up a lot until late on each of the nights. Strangley there are no staff walking about during the night to keep noise pollution down."
