"I arrived late on Monday a bank holiday. The receptionist was really friendly professional and helpful. She managed to secure me a table at a local restaurant after 21h00 in less than five minutes. Subsequently I dined at the restaurant Tuesday and Wednesday. I will need to travel to Novara for 2-3 days each month. My intention would to stay at the Hotel Cavour ( and eat in the local restaurant that was recommended to me). I travel thought Europe each week. Sadly this level of service is rarely provided. Well done Hotel Cavour"

"The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "

"I should have guessed by the fact you can reserve a room by the hour, what kind of hotel this was. The walls were paper thin so that you could hear the piped music in the hall all night long, as if there was a party somewhere, and people constantly clattering around. The bed was big but the pillow rock hard and the mirror on the ceiling very interesting!"
