"Our stay was horrible! First they didn't have the room we reserved and gave us a smaller room and then we were still charged for the king suite!!! Front desk was very rude and not accommodating!

was ice cold! Elevator stopped working and had to climb 3 flights of stairs! I am elderly and had a hard time doing this! Put towels out and requested new ones but that didn't happen! Also put garbage outside our door for pick up and that took forever! I don't appreciate getting charged for...

"The room was ok. The bed was very comfortable but the sleeper sofa was awful! We requested extra sheets and pillows when booking but none of that was in room. The room phone did not work, which I did not like. I was there alone with my 3 kids and for safety reasons would have liked that to work. The bathrooms were so small. The
