"Poor bed - sofa bed and creaky at night
Room heaters do not work always
Unclean, dirty, used blankets with lot of dust
No shampoo, conditioner or body wash - have to ask the receptionist every time, not even an extra toilet roll
Given the high price already, there was extra charges for the swimming pool
Had many indoor games but all are paid, facility does not offer any free entertainment
Indoor parking available
Spa and pool was good
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was amazing

"This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all.
