"Oh I loved this hotel! Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous sitting areas with a unique eclectic gathering of items. Lovely courtyard and delicious breakfast. It feels like you are staying in a fairy castle in medieval times! Had 2 different rooms and both were lovely! Highly recommend if you are anywhere close to Turckheim!!"

"We did a stop during a trip to Italy, and we only needed a place for sleeping over for the four of us. The hotel being nearby the city center, with a public parking square in front was an additional benefit, because we could just park and walk around. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and crammed with 4 beds (double + bunk beds), a table, tv and airco; one single window looking on the backyard of the hotel, and which was better to keep close, least you wanted to hear the airco's outside. "If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"
