This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I enjoyed both times. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the breakfast was good. I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Albany Georgia and I hope it’s as nice as this one in Americus Georgia.

Friendly and courteous staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Sadly the Comfort Inn the following night which was more expensive, was not up to the same standards

Clean room and pleasant staff. Morning breakfast was standard but fine. Clean. I will stay here again my next trip Only negative is that it could use some cosmetic updating.

Good location for an Andersonville visit

Great stay and location is good for visiting Andersonville. Pool could have been cleaner and there were some big wasp nest near it but they didn't bother us. Staff was very nice

Property relies on name and offers a budget motel at a premium price. Almost unbelievable for a Hampton Inn. Shop worn furniture in the lobby, room carpet heavily soiled, no Kleenex tissue in the bathroom, used soap left over from prior guest, room shades were improvised vinyl sheets, and no coffee (or tea) with the breakfast as the sign said the coffee maker was broken.

A one night stay while dropping our son off to college. An older hotel that had a partial refurbishment at some point. Parts of the hotel were shabby - walls, door frames, furniture. Reception staff were friendly.

The property needs to be upgraded and exterminated. The beds were very uncomfortable and bathroom had a roach. I told the owner and he was supposed to have someone come to spray and never did. Overall the stay was pleasant. E Pierce

Hotel staff was best ever—so friendly and helpful from desk, kitchen and cleaning. One bed had frame protruding slightly which bumped my leg. Automatic doors on front closed too quickly and bumped my fragile wife. Just beware those two things and stay will be wonderful with nice staff!

Hallways smelled bad and clearly not deep cleaned for awhile, room was not as clean as most Hampton’s, towels were substandard, coffeemaker in room was placed above my head (seriously). The sheets were good as was the bed but the pillows need replacing. Safe and quiet location. Not worth the price of money or driving back and forth from Montezuma for 3 days.
