"Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. "

"A bit of an adventure getting to the hotel as it is located at the top of a very steep drive way that meanders though a coconut and pepper plantation. Once there however, the views are great and the ambiance tranquil. The balcony overlooks tree tops, which for anyone seeking a quiet hideaway, this place is perfect."

"Planches rustiques grinçantes pour sommier, Matelas taché est trop grand par rapport au lit, oreillers et literie d'un blanc jaunâtre plein de taches et souillés .....le tout froissés. Les murs couverts de toiles d'araignées sans oublier les rideaux. Pas possible de se voir dans le miroir de la salle de bain et le reste suit. Le PQ n'existe pas ici et la totale pas d'eau le matin. Bref l'hôtel est à enlever du site."

"I tried to check in on the day at Ayowa Grand Hotel and the Hotel management refuse to let us check in saying they did not received money I paid on line! I have the proof from commercial bank that I paid 91.98 USD for the 2 rooms I booked but the hotel management refuse demanding I pay again and check in. Ayowa hotel management says that they have not registered with Hotels .com and they have similar cases before where hotel.com charging the customer but not paying the hotel. It looks both of...
