The Personal was very kind and always tried to help. That they have a beachticket included is awsome and the according beach nr 6 is very nice to visit and swim in too. I dont have any complains at all. Will come back

Toilet does not work when you wash, and we didn’t have any thing in the room like glas to drink and the room doesn’t have refrigerator, but the location is perfect and fantastic, near the beach and center.

Biz memnun kaldık

Ailemle bır gece konakladık. Bir tatil planlamasi olarak değilde uzun yolculuğumuzda durak noktasi olması için tek gece konakladık. Fiyat olarak verilen hizmet gayet güzel. Ama lütfen Apart daire otel olarak değerlendirin. Sonuc olarak apart otellerin konsepti belli, açık büfe kahvaltı çok çeşit aramayanlar için yeterli, yani bize yetti. Resepsiyon daki arkadaşların ayrıca ilgili tavırları çok memnun ediciydi. Hepsine teşekkür ederim. Klimalar çalışıyor. Sabah akşam yemeği dahil şekilde kalan turist misafirlerde vardı. Denize girmek isterseniz Otele ait yolun Karşı tarafında kullanabileceğiniz şezlong lari da var, ama biz tek gece kalacagimiz için kullanmadık. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. (20dk.) Manzaralı odalar mevcut. Havuzu var. Otelde asansör mevcut. Çalışanlar her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Tekrardan teşekkürler rosella hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist Dreckig vor allem das Badezimmer es war die reinste Katastrophe das Bett war komplett mit Flecken die Balkontüre lässt sich nicht mehr schließen daher war keine Sicherheit mehr vorhanden Das Hotel ist im allgemein in einem sehr schlechten Zustand der Aufzug müsste mal restauriert werden

A total dump no facilities rude and ignorant staff

Arrived for our all inclusive stay to be told "room only" and "no refunds" The kitchen was shut the pool was empty and the so called staff consisted of a group of rude and ignorant men who sat watching football on the tv. The place was shabby and dirty. Our room had a broken crt tv and the door wouldn't lock. It was dirty and dusty and the windows were so filthy you could hardly see out of them.It was like somewhere only a junkie would stay. All in all an horrific experience. We shoulld have been paid for having to stay there. We had to suffer this for 2 nights before finding another hotel.

Gammelt hotel lige ved stranden og tæt på centrum.

Hotellet er totalt slidt ned. Alt, de fysiske rammer, inventaret fremstår gammelt, slidt, itu og misbrugt. Selv sengetøjet var hullet, slidt og forvasket. Rengøringen var mangelfuld og det var ikke kun på værelset men også på øvrige arealer. At der i Alanya er mange herreløse katte er en ting, men at de også færdes frit i spiseområdet og sågar på borde og stole er ikke i orden. Min datter og jeg endte med at spise ude lokalt, hvor hygiejne og madens standard var betydeligt bedre. Desuden fik min datter en slem maveinfektion allerede på 2. dagen - hun drak udelukkende kildevand!

Det var mögel och svamp på väggen i sovrummet, i badrummet var det svartmögel och takdropp över handfatet... Jag bytte rum tre gånger för att få ett rum som var dugligt att kunna no i!

Fiyatının oteli bile değil... odalarda balkon yok. Park yeri yok. Verilen kola ve içecekler çok kalitesiz markalar ve soğuk değil... yemekler öylesine... tatlı yok. Menü zayıf... ayakaltı da kediler dolaşmakta sürtünmekte... armatürler ve otel komple bakım istiyor. Asansör berbat. söylenecek şsy çok kısa kesiyor ve kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum...

Hotel was basic. Rooms were not renovated although spacious. Food was very basic althouth there was pleanty of food. They make almost the same food everyday. They served boiled eggs only and they did not served meat (I mean steaks or similar) except from chicked meat. They are allways in lack of glasses and clean plates, cups. Glasses they use are mainly plastic and very small in size. One cannot taste beer in a small plastic glass.
