Great hotel for family vacation. Rooms, pool, slides, and food were excellent. Clean and inviting food areas.Couldn't have asked for better. Good children club and entertainment in the evenings. A shame there weren't many activities for my teenager. Also, rental for tennis is a staggering 25Euro for one hour. Appart from that, theis is a great hotel within walking distance of Oba shopping street, and beachside. Approx 5 minute drive to the Marina. Walking, probable 20 mins.

Der lugter af kloak på badeværelset, og opfølgning fra rengøring var lidt mangelfuld. Men overordnet et klassisk all inklusive hotel med fin mad, god pool, og tæt på byen.

Les mauvais côtés : Cet hôtel mérite pas du tout un 5 étoile mais plutôt un étoile , la nourriture est froide , les employés de la restauration ne sont pas accueillant, le personnel du spa n’a aucun respect et la piscine intérieure est froide très froide ! Les bon côté: les employés de la réception exceptionnelle ! Le gym et le parc pour enfants sont formidables! La propreté est surprenante! Très propre les chambre très propre et spectaculaire!

Et dejligt stort hotel, med lækre værelser. Kampe pool som er i solen. Dog mange russer, men vi snakkede med nogle der arbejder på hotellet, der siger der plejer at være mange fra Skandinavien. Men pga corona ikke har været så mange i år. Super venligt personale. Godt udvalg af maden i alle måltiderne. Kommer bestemt tilbage.

Alt i alt en dejlig uge, god beliggenhed, god plads ved poolområdet, venligt personale og rent og pænt. Det er en hård seng, og maden er meget det samme, men det er også hvad vi forventer på et all inkl. hotel.

No English, bad management and rude staff

Hotel staff speaks no English or whatsoever. We booked a comfort room but given an economy room because of miscommunication amongst their staff. Throughout the whole hotel there were only two staff members (in the buffet section) who could communicate with us in English. Management of this property is terrible. I will not return here ever again. Only a single buffet, no a la carte restaurants, no information provided during check-in, overall in rough shape. Staff overall was very rude, complete opposite of what you expect from hotel staff. Overfilled and overbooked with crowds of people. No seating space at the buffet and the list goes on. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Det er alt for mye russiske gjester der som bøller, roper. Er synlig beruset om kvelden, og har små barn sammen med seg når dem er beruset.Tar ikke hensyn til andre. Vi kommer ikke til å reise dit igjen.

Ailece gi, ikramlar ortam verilenttik.Cıvıl cıvıl çocuk sesi istemiyorsanız gitmeyin. Onun dışında çocuk sesi, yemeler parayla kıyaslandığında mükemmel ötesiydi. Sabah erken saatlerde denizin güzelliği öğle saatlerinde havuzun kenarında bir şeyler atıştırarak vakit geçirme ve havuz keyfi sonrasında 17:00 civarı tekrar deniz kıyısına dönme ve denizin tadını tekrar çıkarma. Bence fiyat ve elde etilen kapsamında mükemmel bir kar. Haa eşşek yüküyle para verir lüks yada lüks üstü yerlere de gidebilirsiniz. Ne gerek var bu tatilde chvas regal içmek yerine 5 gün daha fazla tatil yapın.

Dårlig oplevelse

Jeg har haft en rigtig dårlig oplevelse denne gang. 2 ud af 4 dage blev ødelagt pga støj fra en maskine I køkkenet. Personalet kom med undskyldninger Hele tiden og lod tiden gå. Først på 4 dagen da hotels kontakter dem, skete der noget. Toiletterne på fælles områderne var møgbeskidte. Ved udtjekning var der problemer. De ville have betaling for værelset, selvom det var betalt for lang tid siden gennem paypal. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse denne gang. Vi kommer ik tibage til green garden.

Great hotel with all you need

One of the best family hotels we have visited. It is nice and quiet in the evening and there are lots of things to do for the kids. There are three pool areas and a very big pool where there is plenty of pool space for everyone. We can definately recommend this hotel to other families.

Bättre alternativ finns

Hotellet är typiskt charter, med många turister. När vi var där råkade flera familjer ut för magsjuka av buffén. Det är inte lönt ta all inclusive, maten är helt enkelt inte så bra. Betala för frukost men ät i Alanya. Vi fick det rum vi bokat först vid det fjärde rummet vi såg, vi bokade specifikt med king-size säng men fick på plats en Queen size, och fick skjuts till en säng bredvid. Personalen är ok, kanske lite väl på med barnen och kan ibland mest störa när man försöker stilla ett irriterat barn. Jag rekommenderar inte hotellet. Finn andra alternativ.
