Overall the hotel was ok, especially the staff. Any issues I had were dealt straight away. The staff were very courteous and always welcoming.
I didn't feel the status of the hotel and the level of cleanliness fell below expectations. When ever the room was cleaned it felt more rushed and not done completely.
Facilities were 1st class, with the pools although would have liked to see more ladders installed to get in and out of the pool, as it was difficult to get out without them.
Rooms were quite spacious and had 1 x double bed, single and a sofa bed.
Food was ok, but would have liked to see more variety and changes each day as it was the same everyday during my stay in the main restaurant.
Would have liked to see more ice cream available throughout the day rather than the 2 hours and only in a single place.
Very disappointed with wifi only being available in the lobby area and was very slow. If you wanted wifi in your room, you had to pay extra.
