"AC wasn’t working properly "

"Our room was great. Very clean. We had a balcony with awesome Lake/ beach views. The breakfast was okay, not much of a selection. The dining room is large but it felt like a greenhouse d/t 3 walls of windows. No ac was on bc it was in the 60's. "

"Stay was amazing! Perfect location and also walking distance to lots of places. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Definitely will come back!"

"Our room was very clean and comfortable! Our lake view room was amazing, the balcony was great for coffee and relaxing! Was within walking distance to Arnold Ferry for second part of our trip to Mackinac Island for a couple days. Was very easy walk to eat at The Rusted Spoke and Dixie Saloon and to see Icebreaker Mackinaw Museum. Would stay again!!!"

"Our room was very clean. It’s a very old building, very simple but clean and comfortable. Was a very low price so well worth it. Only issue was that one of the windows was boarded up on one pane of glass. The indoor pool was also empty and appeared non functional. No microwave or coffee pot in the room."

"Berry the housekeeper does a great job at cleaning the rooms. The girl that checked me in was very nice and polite. "

"We stay in a lot of Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express hotels when we travel. This is one of the best! We have stayed here many times on our way downstate. "
