"I am writing to bring several concerns to everyone's attention regarding my recent stay at the La Quinta in downtown San Antonio. Unfortunately, the condition of the room fell well below the level of cleanliness and maintenance that I expected.
Upon arrival, I noticed multiple issues that suggested the room had not been properly cleaned. There were thick red stains on the sofa chair, food crumbs on the pull-out couch, and additional crumbs throughout the carpet. The bathroom also appeared dirty, and the towels provided were yellowed and did not appear clean. In addition, the room had a strong humid or musty smell that made the environment uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the television in the room did not work during our stay. These issues collectively created a disappointing experience.
Additionally, a friend staying in the room next to mine reported that when they arrived, there was feces left in the toilet, which is extremely concerning from a sanitation standpoint.
I reached out via email to let them know and they just responded with a standard reply and no one reached out. This was probably the worst hotel stay that my family and I have experienced.
Shorten it for a corporate complaint to the brand."
