"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The property is clearly poorly maintained — the rooms are falling apart, the bathroom tubs are peeling, the AC vents had visible mold, the carpets were dirty, and the entire room had an awful smell. The pool area was chaotic, dirty, and far from relaxing. On top of that, the hotel staff was consistently rude, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to assist guests with even basic concerns. The overall attitude from employees made the experience even worse. Valet parking was another nightmare. We waited approximately 45 minutes every time we needed our car, yet were still charged an outrageous $60 per day for the service. Overall, this was a horrible experience and absolutely not worth the money. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else."
