"There was one front-desk person that was not as friendly or professional as the others. He checked us in. But he was much improved by the time we checked out. Everyone on the front and in the restaurant for a.m. breakfast, to security were EXCELLENT."

"Everything was great. Very clean room,staff was helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived the greeter,the valet guy and the check in person were very courteous and friendly. It looks like the rooms have recently been renovated with nice new furniture. The restaurant staff very nice and the food and drinks very delicious. I suggest to get the room with a balcony for the ocean view."

"The hotel is nice and clean, the area around is not really safe, but one can avoid walking in Tenderloin in the evening and rather hit directly to the safer part of the hotel area. I found the service average, which is maybe not what people would expext from a hotel chain such as Hilton. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel for your stay in San Francisco!"
