"Conveniently located walking distance from all downtown sites( within half a mile of Rosa Parks, River, Dining District. etc). Great hotel bar in the lobby. Clean room, good value."

"Everything was wonderful except the carpet really needed cleaning. The bar stools were in need of repair. Otherwise loved everything. Staff was great. I could tell the Lady day manager took great pride in the upkeep of her property. And by the way, on the day of check out there was a posted noted regarding the carpets being cleaned!"

"The original room I was given was dirty, I was moved to another room that was 3%better but had dead bugs on the wall. Housekeeping never cleaned the bathroom ( tub or toilet) just changed towels and they weren’t clean. Staff was nice but the location is not clean. Also, the motel next door is horrible; noise, police was called, sounded like they were shooting. I was very disappointed. I called Expedia and tried to cancel because I purchased the insurance, that was also a joke. I will not utilize either again."

" Lean room and comfortable beds, but property looks shabby and worn, plus there was a n area above the shower on the ceiling where there had been a leak and it was covered in black mold. Staff was very helpful and accommodating "

"The pool was super clean omg! And the room was clean as well and the staff was so nice and really believed in safety at the hotel. I saw the lady at the front not trying to let anyone in that didn't have a room and I loved that!!"
