"There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. "The room was clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I really liked that they had a station where a designated hotel staff person would cook made to order individual omelets in addition to all of the other self serve stations. My teenage son really liked that and since he is growing would often request a second omelette. However, there was one particular lady who acted like the omelet gustapo- and would absolutely refused to make him a second omelet because she said the rules were one omelet per person. Although there was no signage posted, stating such. Plus she did not know whether or not he was bringing the omelet back up to the room for his sister. I felt she was the least hospitable of the staff however, everyone else was very nice and kind. The hotel manager was gracious and would make him a second omelet When he requested it. That was the only negative experience at that hotel. I loved the location of the property being beachfront, even though our room did not afford us, the beautiful view. I loved walking on the shore every morning. I would definitely stay there again."
